Unfortunately, on occasion, your delivery may need to be canceled. In this instance, the cost of your delivery will be refunded via your original payment method.
Refunds are entered immediately by DeliveryD2D, but, are usually completed within 3-7 business days of the date they are issued. Whilst DeliveryD2D will process the refund within a timely fashion, the time taken will be largely dependent on your own banking institution, and their procedures.
