Once you have logged into your customer profile, you can manage your account in various ways:-
- Active Shipments - manage your active deliveries - contact the transporter, accept bids, amend the details of the listing.
- Tracking - check the status of accepted bids - whether payment is required, live tracking and leaving feedback.
- Drafts - keep track of the listing your are preparing but are not ready to make live.
By clicking on your name, you will see a drop-down menu that will allow you to change your account details and preferences.
Please note, your email address was used to verify you as a user, so the email address can not be amended.
