If you have been in contact with your transport provider and they are unable to complete the delivery, for any reason, you should contact our Customer Service Team who will assist you with your preferred choice form the three options listed below:
- Our Customer Service Team will help you to find another transporter, able to assist with re-arranging the delivery, saving you the time spent in relisting the delivery, and selecting another transporter.
- Re-list your delivery so that you can find a new transport provider and get your goods moved asap.
- If you require a full credit of the delivery charge, you will need to raise a ticket with our Customer Service Team, which the transporter will accept prior to your funds being fully refunded.
Please note, your funds are safe, as payment is not made to the transporter, until the delivery has been completed.
